Part-Time Faculty - Speech (South)

About the role

Teaching Speech related course work. Applications for part-time faculty positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed if openings become available. These positions are not current vacancies. Instructors employed as part-time faculty are not entitled to all the rights, privileges, and benefits of regular, full-time employees. Part-time faculty are hired on an "as needed" basis and will work for the duration of time specified by the respective course.

Responsibilities

• Teach Speech-related courses using various delivery methods based on the teaching area and the needs of students and the College.
• May require a physical presence at the assigned on‑site work location.
• Portion of teaching assignment may include evening classes and possibly weekend classes.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree with eighteen (18) graduate hours in Speech.

Pay

Salary Grade: AH. Salary is based on the Board‑approved salary schedule for the current fiscal year. See Salary Schedule.

Schedule

Part‑time faculty are hired on an “as needed” basis and work for the duration specified by the course; teaching assignments may include evening and weekend classes.
