About the Role

The Corporate Security Agent plays a key role in supporting protective security operations within dynamic, fast-paced corporate environments. This position involves ensuring the safety of protectees and employees, monitoring security systems, managing access control, and collaborating with intelligence teams and law enforcement to mitigate threats.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the overall safety and security of protectees and corporate employees.
  • Monitor security systems and technology tools, including alarms and cameras.
  • Manage access control for visitors, employees, and vendors.
  • Travel for special assignments as opportunities arise.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key staff and stakeholders.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Partner with intelligence teams, investigations, global security operations, private security firms, and law enforcement to proactively identify and mitigate threats.
  • Detect and report suspicious activity and security vulnerabilities.
  • Operate effectively in a dynamic, multifaceted, and fast-paced environment.
  • Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to information security policies, reporting incidents, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Participation in random drug screenings.
  • Must complete a physical readiness test prior to employment.
  • Maintain physical readiness to respond to attacks or hazards at all times.
  • Pass a pre-employment background investigation.
  • Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Hold a valid and current driver’s license.
  • Possess a valid U.S. passport.
  • Ability to obtain a state guard card and firearms license.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in ERT, military, law enforcement, or executive protection providing physical security, emergency response, surveillance detection, or secure transportation.
  • Training in incident response, emergency medicine, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence (prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus).
