Position Overview

Niyam is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the C-Suite members. The position is hybrid, with 1-2 days onsite at our Fairfax, VA office and 3 days remote.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Organize complex calendars and schedules, resolving any scheduling issues.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for executives.
  • Screen incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information.
  • Assist the Executive’s clientele and guests via in-person or other forms of communication.
  • Represent the company and the Executive in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment.
  • Conserve the Executive's time by reading, researching, collecting, and analyzing information as needed.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 6+ years of related experience required in working in an executive assistant role supporting C-Level executives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
