Part-Time Executive Assistant II – City Attorney’s Office
About the role
This is an on-call position, which means it is a part-time, hourly role. This position will work up to 39 hours per week. The pay range for this position $25.00 - $31.00/hour based on experience and education.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of courtroom printer functionality and maintenance
- Brochure printing, organization, and consistent stocking for distribution
- Maintaining and updating the internal staff phone list
- Office supplies inventory management and ordering
- Filing pretrial and probation revocation reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Managing incoming emails for general responses
- Updating name records with new addresses
- Cooking meeting logistics, including scheduling and securing rooms for all-PACE meetings
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Reviewing and processing claim payment requests
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages to the appropriate departments and staff
- Cooking facilities requests to ensure operations run efficiently
- Preparing, maintaining, and distributing miscellaneous reports to support departmental operations and management needs
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
The City Attorney’s Office is hiring part-time Executive Assistant II for the Prosecution and Code Enforcement (PACE) and Finance and Business Operations (FABO) Sections of the Department of Law. Specifically, as the Executive Assistant of City Attorney’s Office, you will:
- Oversight of courtroom printer functionality and maintenance

Benefits
This position is eligible to enroll in the City and County of Denver’s 457b retirement plan. This position is not eligible for other additional benefits.
Pay
The pay range for this position $25.00 - $31.00/hour, based on experience and education.
Schedule
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with specific hours to be determined upon hire.

Required Minimum Qualifications
- Education requirement: Graduation from high school or the possession of a GED, HiSET or TASC Certificate.
- Experience Requirement: Three (3) years of administrative/secretarial experience which must include one year of experience providing support to a core middle manager.
