Part Time Evenings and PRN - Ideal for a School Nurse (3:30-6 PM) Lutherville, MD

About the role

We are seeking compassionate, energetic LPNs & RNs to provide private‑duty nursing for a 15‑year‑old male with a G‑tube in Lutherville, MD (the patient will be temporarily residing in Pikesville, MD from September through November). The position offers part‑time, consistent hours (3 days per week, 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM) with additional PRN day‑shift opportunities during holidays, summers, and school breaks. Training in G‑tube, trach, and ventilator care is provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one care in the client’s home
• Complete nursing assessments
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed in the patient’s Plan of Care
• Document nursing notes clearly and concisely

Requirements

• Active/unrestricted nursing license in Maryland or a multistate compact license (LPN or RN)
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work independently

Skills

• Basic knowledge of G‑tube/trach care (preferred; training available)
• Ventilator experience (preferred; training available)
• Pediatric experience (a plus)

Pay

• Pay range: $26‑$42 per hour (based on licensure, skills, experience)
• Time‑and‑a‑half pay for hours worked beyond 40 per week
