About the role

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to healthcare provider
- Assist with personal hygiene and mobility needs
- Document patient progress and interactions accurately
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as an LPN or RN
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Qualifications
