• Support residents' individual health and wellness needs

Requirements

• Active Indiana RN or LPN license
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• 1+ year of experience in acute care, long-term care, or skilled nursing (preferred)

Pay

Hourly pay ranges:

• LPN: $31.37–$35.63/hour
• RN: $36.88–$41.89/hour

Additional differentials: $3.00/hour shift and $2.00/hour weekend.

Schedule

Part-time, evening shift.
