RN: $37.00 – $42.50/hr | LPN: $26.50 – $32.00/hr

Responsibilities

- Provide direct nursing care and medication administration - Support residents’ comfort, safety, and overall well-being - Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families - Maintain accurate documentation and follow care protocols - Assist in creating a calm and supportive environment

Requirements

- Current RN or LPN license in MN - Dependable, organized, and team-oriented - Passion for working with seniors - Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care is helpful
