Part-time Evening Concierge (Saturday & Sunday, 3-11PM)

About the role

You will take over after the first concierge shift of the day and close out pending tasks. You’ll be the first person people see as they walk into the building and the first voice they hear when they call in. You'll be involved in so many things throughout the day that'll make the time go fast.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming guests and residents along with their furry family member.
• Find out how you can help and guide them in the right direction if they are a guest.
• Answer incoming calls to find out how you can help and transfer them to the person who can better help them.
• If after business hours, take down their information to pass to the team.
• Log packages and give to resident at the desk or drop-off to resident's door upon request.
• Conduct package audits to ensure delivery and improve efficiency of package handling.
• Absorb and respond to resident requests, requests, or concerns.
• Assist residents with emergencies, requests, or concerns such as locking out of their apartment, making restaurant reservations, reserving the clubroom, providing a guest parking pass, noise complaints, or unkind neighbor behavior.
• Respond and coordinate service requests with the maintenance team within 24 hours. If it's an emergency, follow protocol to make sure it's handled right away. After the request has been taken care of, follow up with resident to make sure they are happy.
• Plan resident social events following a theme of the month or plan something entertaining. Our resident events are fun and create a sense of community.
• Absorb and assist the office team with administrative tasks. This is a great learning opportunity if you aspire to become a leasing consultant.

Requirements

• Attendance at Dweck’s New Hire Orientation is required and takes place on the second Monday of each month from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at our Headquarters in Washington, DC. This is a fully paid day.

• We’re Looking For Experience in a customer service role like in hospitality, retail, or property management. But if you don't have experience in any, no worries, we'd love to train you.
• The ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
