Responsibilities
- Provide an assessment of patients, determine necessary care and deliver emergency services.
- Document patient information, condition and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
- Operate an ambulance in accordance with company safety policies and traffic laws.
- Communicate effectively with other allied health and public safety personnel.
- Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and establish strong community relations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- State EMT License.
- State Driver’s License.
- BLS, NREMT certification.
- Passing physical agility test.
- Driving record compliant with company policy.
- Some work experience in healthcare preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Preferred qualifications: Related experience in healthcare.
