Part Time Email Marketing Specialist (Remote)

In this role, you will act as the primary operator taking dynamic digital content and assembling it across established email channels Responsibilities: Assemble and deploy approximately 10 recurring monthly and weekly email newsletters within established templates to maintain consistent brand engagement.Provide dedicated technical coverage on high-priority deployment windows, actively troubleshooting last-minute changes and audience segmentation.Audit and debug custom HTML code across desktop and mobile views to resolve formatting, display, and link integrity issues.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to proactively gather content assets and streamline delivery workflows. Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing mid-to-senior level email marketing execution and distribution workflows.Expert technical proficiency in MailChimp, HTML troubleshooting, and CRM/database management tools like Razor's Edge NXT or Luminate.Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot platform issues, copyedit content (AP Style), and pull complex audience lists under tight deadlines.Strong proactive communication skills with a collaborative approach to partnering directly with internal design teams and project stakeholders.
