Responsibilities
- Teach Anatomy & Physiology and Microbiology courses to students enrolled in the Nursing program.
- Develop and deliver effective lectures, labs, and other instructional activities.
- Evaluate student performance through quizzes, exams, and assignments.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress.
- Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance course content and delivery methods.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Communications, English, Education, Humanities, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 15-18 graduate semester credits in Communications, Speech, English, or a related discipline required.
- Prior higher education teaching experience preferred.
- Experience teaching Effective Communication, Public Speaking, English Composition, or related courses preferred.
- Experience teaching online synchronous classes required.
- Experience with Canvas LMS is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and student engagement skills preferred.
