About the role

Educator Right At School provides before and after school extended day programs focusing on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment. The role involves driving the mission through daily program meetings, organizing and facilitating activities, leading by example, prioritizing safety and joy, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and update program goals each day
• Share ideas and discuss professional progress during daily meetings
• Prepare and lead structured daily activities aligned with program objectives
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring children enjoy themselves while meeting program goals
• Monitor the environment, address potential hazards, and follow safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel

• Communicate with a varied audience, including children, parents, staff, and school personnel
• Build a team of mission-driven individuals passionate about fostering a love of learning and creating safe, engaging experiences for children

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed

$18.00-$19.00 (based on education and experience)
