About the role

Educator Right At School provides before and after school extended day programs focusing on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment. The mission is to inspire a love of learning, support schools, and provide peace of mind to families.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: Review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and team accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities: Prepare activities and curriculum, ensure alignment with objectives, lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum.
• Maintain a Safe and Nurturing Environment: Model positive guidance, implement effective classroom management, monitor the environment, address potential hazards, and follow safety protocols.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy: Document attendance, incidents, and observations, communicate effectively with a varied audience, including children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

Qualifications

• State-Specific Requirements
• First Aid and CPR Certification
• Clear Tuberculosis Test
• Age 18+
• Preferred CDA
• High School Diploma/GED with 30 College Credits in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or Human Services Field
• High School Diploma/GED with 600 or More Hours of Secondary Training
• High School Diploma/GED with 15 Credit Hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or Human Services Field and 1 Year of Experience
• High School Diploma/GED with 2 Years Experience
• Arts and Humanities Degree with 15 Credit Hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or Human Services Field and 1 Year of Experience

Pay

$15.00-$18.00 (based on education and experience)

Schedule

Monday-Friday; 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM
