What You'll Drive

You’ll drive the mission by:

• Organizing program materials for lessons and activities
• Documenting attendance, incidents, and other observations
• Delivering our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building
• Modeling positive guidance and effective classroom management
• Maintaining the safety, well-being, and attention of all children
• Leading fun fitness activities and guiding children at play
• Communicating effectively with varied audiences including children, parents, staff, and school personnel

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age
• College credits in early childhood education, child development, elementary education or a related field preferred
• Works well in a team environment
• Drives to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living
• Meets state-specific requirements; CPR, Mandated Reporter training, TB test, etc.

Qualifications

Qualifications for this position include:

• Excellent communication skills with varied audience including children, parents, staff, and school personnel
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
