Emergency Department (ED) Flow Coordinator for night shifts, responsible for optimizing patient flow and ensuring efficient care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate triage priorities, bed placement, and patient admissions/discharges.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members including physicians and nurses to manage throughput and reduce wait times.
- Align staffing with patient volume to maintain safe and patient-centered care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and ED experience.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and bed management systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
