Part-Time ED Flow Coordinator

Role: ED Flow Coordinator for night shifts, responsible for optimizing patient flow in the emergency department. Key Responsibilities Coordinate triage priorities, bed placement, and patient admissions/discharges to ensure safe and efficient care.Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and ancillary teams to manage patient throughput and reduce wait times.Align staffing with patient volume to maintain optimal ED operations.Utilize clinical judgment and ED experience to facilitate smooth patient flow.Proficiently operate EHR and bed management systems. Qualifications & Skills Strong clinical judgment and ED experience.Proficiency with electronic health records and bed management software.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
