Part time Early Morning Baker/ Bagel Roller

About the role

We're seeking dependable, energetic Bakers to join our team. You'll prepare dough, bake bagels, maintain standards, and contribute to a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy hands-on work and starting early, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Prepares and bakes bagels
• Mixes dough and follows recipes
• Cleans and disinfects work area
• Monitors dough quality and equipment cleanliness
• Ensures a safe and organized work environment
• Works in a small, hot space, lifting up to 50 lbs
• Operates machinery to mix, knead, and shape dough
• Maintains a consistent quality product
• May assist with tasks like cream cheese scooping, vegetable chopping, cookie baking, dishes, and front-of-house service

Requirements

• Willingness to work weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move quickly under pressure
• Experience in a restaurant or bakery is a plus
• Disciplined, fast-paced, and takes pride in consistency

Compensation package includes tips.

Schedule

Shifts available from 10 hours to 40 hours per week, with options for 10-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, and day shifts. Weekends are required.
