Cub Minnehaha on Snelling Ave. is seeking a dedicated individual for a part-time e-commerce position. Team members are responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for pickup or delivery, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable online ordering experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality selection of products
- Execute on delivery times and order accuracy
- Follow department safety and sanitation programs for selection, transportation, and delivery
- Observe standards and procedures regarding store security and confidentiality
- Communicate effectively with other departments and store staff
- Provide comparable products for substitution when necessary
- Prepare orders for delivery by ringing up and bagging orders efficiently
- Check expiration dates throughout the store during slow periods
Requirements
- Operate equipment such as carts, box cutters, balers, and compactors
- Able to walk long distances and stand for extended periods
- Strong memorization, reading, writing, and math skills
- Ongoing customer interaction with prompt, courteous, and accurate service
- Good judgment, especially when direct supervision is not immediately available
- Ability to follow verbal or demonstrated instructions, write identifying information, and request supplies
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Lifting and carrying up to 70 lbs
- Pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs
- Walking on uneven ground
- Reaching, bending, and repetitive motions
- Exposure to hot equipment and cooking oil
Schedule
- Varied weekly shifts
