Part Time E-Commerce

Cub Minnehaha on Snelling Ave. is seeking a dedicated individual for a part-time e-commerce position. Team members are responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for pickup or delivery, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable online ordering experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality selection of products
• Execute on delivery times and order accuracy
• Follow department safety and sanitation programs for selection, transportation, and delivery
• Observe standards and procedures regarding store security and confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with other departments and store staff
• Provide comparable products for substitution when necessary
• Prepare orders for delivery by ringing up and bagging orders efficiently
• Check expiration dates throughout the store during slow periods

Requirements

• Operate equipment such as carts, box cutters, balers, and compactors
• Able to walk long distances and stand for extended periods
• Strong memorization, reading, writing, and math skills
• Ongoing customer interaction with prompt, courteous, and accurate service
• Good judgment, especially when direct supervision is not immediately available
• Ability to follow verbal or demonstrated instructions, write identifying information, and request supplies
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must be available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and carrying up to 70 lbs
• Pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs
• Walking on uneven ground
• Reaching, bending, and repetitive motions
• Exposure to hot equipment and cooking oil
