Part Time Duty Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise team members, provide work direction, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Engage with customers to build lasting connections and promote excellent service
• Problem-solve store issues and communicate with management
• Affix shelves, receive deliveries, and perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in supervisory or management roles (2-3 years preferred)
• Knowledge of store operations, planning, and coordination
• Attended Food Safety training
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
• Motivated to grow professionally and learn new skills

Physical & Environmental Demands

• Includes lifting over 50 lbs.
• Operating equipment like forklifts and scanners
• Working in cold and wet environments
• Performing tasks such as walking, reaching, and repetitive motions
