Part Time Dispensary Associate

Role: Dispensary Associate – Part-Time Responsibilities Assist customers by providing exceptional service, education on products, benefits, and side effects Facilitate compliant purchases, process orders efficiently, and handle returns per policies Maintain a clean, stocked workstation and support online order processing Address customer concerns, device issues, and collaborate with management to enhance experiences Document interactions and ensure adherence to regulations and procedures Support delivery and online support tasks as needed, including processing deliveries and online orders Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; retail/customer service experience preferred Minimum age of 21 (18 in some states); prior cash handling experience Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Ability to work independently and in team settings Valid driver’s license with a clean record for delivery roles Ability to pass background checks and perform physical tasks (lifting, moving, standing) Additional Requirements Physical ability to move throughout the facility, manipulate objects, and perform safety procedures Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Capable of handling diverse customer interactions, including with ill or upset individuals Willingness to perform additional team duties as needed This role offers a salary commensurate with experience, up to 25 hours per week, with benefits including paid time off.
