Part Time Dispensary Associate

About the Role

The Seasonal Dispensary Associate provides exceptional customer service by educating patients on cannabis products, guiding their purchases in compliance with state regulations, and ensuring a positive experience. The position involves assisting customers with product knowledge, processing orders efficiently, managing returns, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked work environment. Additional duties include supporting online order processing, handling product or device issues, and collaborating with management to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail/customer service experience preferred
• Minimum age of 21 (or 18 in certain states)
• Cash handling experience and valid driver’s license with a clean record (for delivery role)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including moving, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods
