Role Overview The Seasonal Dispensary Associate provides exceptional customer service by educating patients on cannabis products, guiding their purchases in compliance with state regulations, and ensuring a positive experience. The position involves assisting customers with product knowledge, processing orders efficiently, managing returns, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked work environment. Additional duties include supporting online order processing, handling product or device issues, and collaborating with management to enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; retail/customer service experience preferredMinimum age of 21 (or 18 in certain states)Cash handling experience and valid driver’s license with a clean record (for delivery role)Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentPhysical ability to perform job duties, including moving, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods
