Job Summary

At Chrysalis Host Home, we are seeking a part-time direct support staff to assist individuals with disabilities. Services focus on enabling children and adults with disabilities to engage in meaningful community activities through professional host parents.

Responsibilities

• Taking clients with disabilities out into the community for activities such as:
• - Going to parks
• - Visiting museums
• - Watching movies
• - Going shopping
• - Dining

Requirements

• Must be 20 years of age
• Valid drivers license
• A reliable form of transportation

Benefits

Hourly wage: $15.00 - $17.75
