About the role
This role is responsible for providing direct support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support plans to clients
- Assist with daily living activities
- Facilitate social interactions and community integration
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Passing background check
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
