Full-time Direct Support Professional (3rd Shift)

About the role

This position offers direct support services to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on daily living activities, socialization, and community integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support plans based on client needs
• Assist clients with personal care routines such as hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
• Facilitate social interactions and community outings
• Document progress and communicate with families and other professionals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
