ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Part-Time Direct Care Worker to work 1:1 with our Recipients. ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part-time positions are available.
Responsibilities
- Working in clients’ homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities.
- Bringing clients into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
- Reliable transportation to and from assignments
- Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
- Must be 18 years or older
