About the role

We are looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Caregivers to work 1:1 with our Recipients in their homes, supporting, encouraging, and helping with skill-building activities. You will also assist them in engaging with the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with Recipients in their homes
- Support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities
- Assist Recipients in community outings to achieve personal goals
Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
- Reliable transportation to and from assignments
- Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
- Must be 18 years or older
