About the role
As a Hemodialysis RN, you will provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis, supervise treatments, conduct assessments, and develop personalized care plans. You will build meaningful relationships with patients, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery. Additionally, you'll educate nursing staff on hemodialysis procedures, equipment, and standards of care.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as per state regulations
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification within one year of hire
- Dialysis nursing experience of at least six months
- Preferred: Inpatient hospital experience of one year and CRRN certification (help available if needed)
