Part-Time Dialysis Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a Dialysis Nurse to oversee and deliver high-quality hemodialysis care within a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care, performing assessments, administering medications, and educating patients on renal health and self-care.
• Delegating tasks to dialysis technicians, supervising their performance, and ensuring adherence to clinical standards and regulations (leadership and supervision).
• Observing patient responses, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and maintaining accurate documentation of interventions and outcomes (treatment monitoring).
• Working closely with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate care, communicate critical lab results, and ensure treatment continuity (collaboration).
• Maintaining precise electronic medical records, completing care plans timely, and following safety and regulatory protocols (compliance and documentation).
