Part-Time Dialysis Nurse

Role: Outpatient Registered Nurse providing dialysis therapy for adult patients with chronic kidney disease. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and manage vascular access and dialysis machines.Administer IV medications and monitor patients throughout treatments.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.Educate patients and families about treatment processes and health management.Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards in a dynamic environment. Qualifications & Skills Current nursing license and experience with dialysis or related healthcare settings preferred.Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills.Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with patients and families.Knowledge of infection control protocols and safety regulations.Adaptability to a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
