Part Time Desktop Support

About the role

Part‑time contract position (18 hours per week) with fully onsite presence split between Princeton, NJ and West Chester, PA. The role is an onsite Desktop Support Technician responsible for desktop troubleshooting, Microsoft Intune imaging, and independent problem solving while liaising with a remote support team in India.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support and hardware troubleshooting for PCs, printers, and general hardware issues.
• Perform Microsoft Intune imaging of computers/PCs for incoming temporary workers.
• Work autonomously on‑site to resolve issues without extensive hands‑on backup from the remote India support team.
• Handle basic office troubleshooting, including printer paper jams and paper fill tasks.
• Interact with the India‑based support crew as needed.
