About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team in a supportive, patient-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive dental hygiene care to patients
- Conducting patient screenings and medical history documentation
- Educating patients on oral health and preventative practices
- Collaborating with the clinical team to deliver exceptional care
- Delivering high-quality, lifetime dental care
- Participating in mentorship and continuing education opportunities
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient clinical environment
Requirements
- Current dental hygienist license in Minnesota
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene
- Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
- CPR certification
- Experience with digital x-rays, electronic records, and dental tools preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and desire for continuous learning
Physical and Other Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations
- Prolonged sitting and standing, lifting up to 45 pounds
- Participation in periodic training sessions
- Pre-employment TB test required in some locations
