Part-Time Dental Assistant - Oral Surgery

About the role

As an Oral Surgeon Dental Assistant at Aspen Dental, you will support the clinical needs of the practice's patients and doctors. You will have the support needed to maximize your career potential and make a positive impact in your community.

Responsibilities

• Travel to nearby offices to support patient care
• Absorb and set up dental X-rays
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Manage infection control
• Educate patients on oral hygiene
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team
• Perform various office tasks as necessary

Qualifications

• Active license, registration, or permit as required by the state of practice, including x-ray certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
• High school diploma or equivalent
