Part-Time Dental Assistant

Responsibilities

• Sterilizing instruments and equipment
• Preparing treatment rooms
• Taking X-rays and operating dental X-ray and CT scan machines
• Assisting the dentist by passing instruments
• Providing post-operative instructions
• Managing patient flow and collaborating with the front office for scheduling
• Organizing lab cases to ensure efficiency

Requirements

• X-ray and CPR certifications required
• Previous dental assisting experience necessary, with dental implant background preferred
• Proficiency in using dental restorative instruments, sterilizing equipment, and taking impressions
• Experience with intraoral scanning (iTero) preferred
• Ability to operate dental imaging equipment

Schedule

Full-time role with office hours from 7:30 to 4:30, Monday through Thursday
