Part Time Delivery Driver - CDL
Position Summary
U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., seeks a reliable and experienced driver to join our team. This position operates Sundays starting at 9:30am and Mondays through Fridays starting at 3:30pm, with potential for overtime. The schedule is subject to change based on business needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive a box truck or semi during multiple routes, making 10-20 deliveries per day
- Keep complete and accurate records and logs of driving and deliveries
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Lift products weighing up to 80 pounds consistently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks as needed
- Deliver orders safely and punctually in all weather conditions
- Operate a handheld device to fulfill deliveries
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management
Qualifications
- Must be 23 years or older
- Must have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) B and a good driving record
- At least 2 years of commercial motor vehicle driving experience (Class A or B)
- Must be able to safely lift 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds
- Must be able to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work overtime as needed

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be qualified as to visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation.
- The employee must frequently lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
- The employee must occasionally exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds.
- Handling of commercial tires (e.g., rolling, destacking, team lifting) requires team lifts or use of mechanical equipment.
- Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, SRL (self-retracting lifeline).
- All equipment is provided by U.S. AutoForce except for steel/composite toe boots. All team members must adhere to safety and manufacturer guidelines for compliant use of all protective equipment.
- Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Fumes associated with tires and occasionally car parts and lubricants are prevalent.
