Part Time Dairy/Frozen
About the role
Cub Minnehaha is seeking a part-time dairy and frozen food stocker to join their team. This role involves ensuring shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing for customers, while also managing product rotation to maintain freshness.
Responsibilities
- Perform aisle stocking and display building
- Sort dairy/frozen food stock loads
- Aid cashiers with price checks and product replacement
- Assist customers with product location inquiries and suggestions
- Answer department phone calls and respond or refer as necessary
- Follow all store and department policies and procedures
Requirements
- Equipment operation (hand jack, power jack, box cutter, flat bed, compactor, broom, mop)
- Able to walk long distances and stand for long periods
- Memorization, reading, writing, and math skills
- On-going customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous, and accurate service
- Good judgment for handling situations without immediate supervision
- Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing
- Must be 16 years old
Physical Requirements
- Lifting/carrying up to 70 lbs.
- Pushing/pulling up to 2500 lbs.
- Walking on uneven ground
- Reaching, bending, repetitive motions
- Exposure to hot equipment and cooking oil

Pay
UNFI anticipates paying the above-referenced pay rate (or within the above-referenced pay range) for this position. Actual Pay, where applicable, will depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, training, and any requirements under applicable collective bargaining agreements.
