Part Time Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner and efficientlyPrepare customer quotations, process invoices, and assist with order-related inquiriesSupport sales and customer service efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services including uniforms and equipmentProvide accurate uniform sizing, fittings, and measurements for vests and uniformsReplenish inventory and monitor floor stockMaintain and update product pricing and information within NetSuiteUtilize Microsoft Excel and other Office applications for data entry, reporting, and recordkeepingMaintain confidential company and personnel information with discretion and professionalismAssist with general office duties and administrative projects as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentStrong customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact with customers, vendors, and team membersProfessional verbal and written communication abilitiesWorking knowledge of general office procedures and administrative practicesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy office environmentBasic mathematical and data-entry skillsReliable transportation and dependable attendance Preferred Qualifications Experience with NetSuite ERP softwareExperience in the automotive parts, emergency vehicle upfitting, fleet, or public safety equipment industryPrevious customer service, administrative, and retail experience Physical Requirements Ability to sit and work at a computer workstation for extended periodsAbility to operate standard office equipment, including computers, telephones, printers, and copiersAbility to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and electronicallyAbility to occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift materials weighing up to 30 pounds Compensation And Benefits Starting at $20/hourPart-Time/non-exemptOngoing training and career growth opportunities Schedule Monday to Friday 8:00 am 2:30 pm (30-minute unpaid lunch) Schedule may be adjusted as needed to accommodate customer needs and ensure appropriate coverage during staff absences Work Location: 6106 Bausch Road, Galloway, OH 43119 Equal Opportunity Employer: We are an equal opportunity employer.
