Part Time Customer Service

About the role

Transdev is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison between customers, providers, and clients. We are looking for friendly, customer service-oriented individuals dedicated to safety.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor.
• Comprehensively understand policies and procedures.
• Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
• Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times, and addresses.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Computer literacy.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a standard telephone system.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Generally subjected to long periods of sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
• Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
