Part Time Customer Service Associate
About the role
The Part Time Customer Service Associate provides exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction and retention, fostering an empowered environment for employees.
Responsibilities
- Handles and resolves customer issues promptly at the counter with high levels of hospitality and professionalism.
- Serves as the primary liaison for the management team regarding Net Promoter Score (NPS), tracking performance and implementing improvements.
- Analyzes NPS data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Communicates and assists employees in understanding customer needs, offering guidance, feedback, and coaching as necessary.
- Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures across all staff members.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably in operations and sales.
- Rental car experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Outstanding relationship-building and leadership skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Pay
$19.00/hr.
