About the role
Join our award-winning customer care team in a part-time, in-person position based in downtown Decatur, GA. This role averages 30 hours per week.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
Paid time off (PTO) is offered.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails
- Assist customers and delivery clients with their accounts
- Assist drivers on routes as questions or concerns arise
- Ensure orders are claimed in a timely basis
- Work in-office at our headquarters in downtown Decatur
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in navigating computer systems
- Two professional references must be provided on your resume
