About the Role
The Travel CT Tech is responsible for operating CT scanners, preparing patients, and capturing diagnostic images in a dynamic healthcare environment. The role involves producing high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring safety, maintaining equipment, and providing compassionate patient care.
Responsibilities
- Operate CT equipment and position patients for imaging procedures
- Follow imaging protocols and adapt to various clinical requirements
- Collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate diagnostic results
- Maintain and troubleshoot CT equipment
- Ensure patient and staff safety during procedures
- Document imaging procedures and maintain records
Requirements
- One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist
- Valid Radiology license
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ARRT certification preferred
