About the Role

A skilled CT Technologist is needed to operate CT scanners for diagnostic imaging in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissues
  • Prepare and position patients, explain procedures, and ensure safety
  • Set technical parameters for accurate imaging and collaborate with radiologists
  • Maintain equipment, document procedures, and adhere to safety protocols
  • Provide compassionate patient care and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Adapt to different protocols and work effectively with healthcare teams

Requirements

  • At least one year of recent CT Technologist experience
  • Valid Radiology license in accordance with state regulations
  • Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Skills

  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to move and handle equipment, perform fine manipulation, and remain in position
  • Ability to read and follow instructions, work under pressure, and adapt to various protocols
