Part-Time CT Technologist

About the Role

The Travel CT Tech operates CT scanners to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images, prepares and positions patients, follows safety protocols, and collaborates with radiologists to ensure high-quality imaging.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment and set technical parameters
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
• Maintain CT equipment and adhere to safety standards
• Document procedures and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver accurate diagnostics
• Provide compassionate patient care

Requirements

• At least one year of recent CT experience
• Valid radiology license
• Current BLS certification
• Preferred ARRT certification
• Critical thinking and strong interpersonal skills
• Technical proficiency and physical ability to handle equipment
• Effective communication and ability to work under pressure
