About the role

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist for a travel assignment to operate CT scanners for diagnostic imaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of anatomy for diagnosis
  • Preparing and positioning patients, explaining procedures, and ensuring safety protocols
  • Collaborating with radiologists to obtain high-quality images
  • Maintaining equipment, documenting patient data, and adhering to safety standards
  • Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT scanners
  • Following safety procedures to minimize radiation exposure
  • Adapting to different protocols and assisting with various duties within scope

Qualifications And Skills

  • Minimum one year of recent CT technologist experience
  • Valid radiology license and current BLS certification
  • Critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in reading instructions, PC skills, and technical manipulation
  • Physical ability to move and position equipment and patients
  • Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with diverse teams
