About the role
We are seeking a skilled CT Tech to operate CT scanners for diagnostic imaging in a healthcare facility.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and positioning patients for procedures, ensuring safety and image quality
- Operating CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissues
- Following imaging protocols and safety standards to minimize radiation exposure
- Collaborating with radiologists and healthcare professionals to deliver accurate diagnostics
- Maintaining equipment, documenting procedures, and troubleshooting technical issues
- Adapting to different protocols and equipment across various healthcare settings
Qualifications and skills
- One year of recent CT Technologist experience
- Valid radiology license and current BLS certification
- Critical thinking, good communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment, and perform procedural tasks
- Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, and maintain attention to detail
