Part-Time CRNA Eyes-Only
About the role
Main Street Anesthesia is seeking a part-time CRNA to join a smooth-operating, high-volume cataract/intraocular lens practice. This 12-person independent practice team covers three Eyes-Only Surgery Centers in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Santa Fe, NM. The position offers 2-3 days per week with 10-hour shifts and the option to work additional days at the other eye locations. Primary site is Albuquerque Ambulatory Eye Surgery Center with the option to cover at Rio Rancho and Santa Fe sites - never work at two sites in the same day. No call!
Responsibilities
- Perform anesthesia services for cataract and intraocular lens procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare providers
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Adhere to hospital and clinic policies and procedures
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience required
- Contractors' insurance must be in compliance with the NM Patient Compensation Fund (PCF)
Compensation
- $10k Sign-On/Relocation Bonus with a one-year commitment
- Average compensation range: $155K - $230K
