The role involves providing exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and safe environment, adhering to core values such as respect, honesty, and safety. Key Responsibilities Include Bagging groceries efficiently while preventing damage and using various bag types Assisting customers with loading bags into vehicles Restocking shelves, returning merchandise, and managing carts Performing cleanliness tasks inside and outside the store, including spill cleanup and trash removal Handling seasonal merchandise and conducting price checks Ensuring safety protocols, reporting hazards, and maintaining food safety standards Supporting store operations through basic maintenance and product knowledge Engaging positively with customers, answering questions, and fostering a welcoming environment Qualifications & Skills Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment Ability to manage conflict professionally and act with integrity Supportive approach when assisting minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors Ability to follow directions and seek help when needed Capable of performing essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations
