Part-Time Courier

Position Description Auto Data Direct, Inc. (ADD), a division of Reynolds and Reynolds that provides fast, accurate, real-time access to motor vehicle, vessel and driver license records, is currently searching for a Part-Time Courier to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As a Part-Time Courier, you will be responsible for transporting documents from Dealership and BMV locations. You will build your own customer base by creating work orders and customer invoices. This position consists of a flexible Monday-Friday schedule. Responsibilities Review emails and phone messages each morning to determine the route for the day. Emails and phone calls should be responded to within four hours. Complete daily courier route in a timely manner. Maintain company vehicle oil changes and regular maintenance. Make sure the vehicle exterior is washed bi-weekly (more often if needed) and the interior is kept clean and free of trash. Training On-the-job, hands-on training in the field. Requirements Must have valid Driver’s license with clean driving recordMust be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentGood communication skills both in person and over-the-phoneBasic computer skillsMust be adaptable to software changesStrong attention to detail and time management skillsMust be able to work flexible shifts day-to-dayMust be able to drive in inclement weather as needed
