Part Time Core Sales Associate

About the role

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate to join our team at Woodfield Mall. This position requires the completion of an assessment after application submission.

• Consistently deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), be fully cross-trained across store functions, and mentor and support new team members.

Requirements

• Demonstrate results-oriented selling experience with at least 1 year in a high-performance environment.
• Show a genuine sense of care in communication, both written and verbal.
• Show the ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all organizational levels.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and arrive on time for work.
• A consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• The ability to work up to 12 hours in base weeks, up to 21 hours during peak weeks (not exceeding 30 hours per week).
• Dependable, regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.

Pay

$15.00 - $18.25 commensurate with experience
