What You'll Do
- Aid in securing bookings for high-profile celebrities, ensuring smooth scheduling and logistics.
- Act as a bridge between talent representatives, producers, and internal teams, managing all necessary logistics including travel, releases, and on-site coordination for day bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, managers, and publicists to identify new talent opportunities and expand the network.
- Create and execute creative ideas to enhance booking opportunities and contribute to the team's success.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging talent to better serve the team's needs and help the team stay ahead of industry changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that celebrity talent aligns with brand objectives and creative direction.
What You'll Need
- Experience in talent booking or celebrity relations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- The ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as chatGPT, Gemini, etc.
- A legal right to work in the U.S.
